Donald D. Carpenter, Ph.D, P.E., LEED AP presented as part of the Urban Land Institute workshop on Making the Business Case for Green Infrastructure. The workshop featured several green infrastructure champions and included tours of several MidTown Detroit projects that demonstrated how Green Stormwater Infrastructure can be effective in urban settings.
