Donald Carpenter has been named a member of the Board of External Reviewers (BER) for Washington State Department of Ecology's Technology Assessment Protocol - Ecology (TAPE) Program. Dr. Carpenter will bring his expertise to the BER reviews of quality assurance project plans (QAPP's), technical evaluation reports (TERs), and applications to the TAPE program.
