Drummond Carpenter Senior Principal Engineer Lee Mullon, PE, CFM, has been elected Vice President of the Florida Stormwater Association (FSA) for 2026–2027.
Lee has been involved with FSA for several years, most recently serving as Secretary. His election as Vice President continues that commitment to an organization that brings together stormwater professionals from across Florida to address the issues affecting communities throughout the state.
That work closely reflects Lee’s own career. For more than two decades, he has worked with local governments on flooding, stormwater management and resilience, with experience spanning watershed planning, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, vulnerability assessments and capital improvement planning. His work often sits at the intersection of technical analysis, regulatory requirements and the practical decisions communities have to make about their infrastructure.
Lee joins FSA’s 2026–2027 Executive Committee alongside President Mark Heidecker, CPM, City of Tallahassee; Secretary-Treasurer Amy Eason, PE, Martin County; and Past President Melanie Weed, CPM, Pinellas County.
Congratulations to Lee and the full Executive Committee on their new roles.
